We have been trading as stockbrokers since the creation of the Port Louis Stock Exchange in July 1989. ABL readily undertakes assignments as Financial Advisor and Sponsoring Stockbroker in Public Offerings, Rights Issues and Private Placement of Shares.

We are a private company and a subsidiary of The Mauritius Union Assurance Company Limited, one of the top insurers (life and general) in Mauritius, whose shares are regularly quoted on the Stock Exchange of Mauritius.

ABL employs qualified staff who are conversant with all issues concerning the floatation of various types of capital market instruments and trading in shares. A professional, multi-disciplinary Board of Directors guides this team. The Board members hold key positions in various private and public sector organisations.

BMHL	Belle Mare Holding, Incorporated on 27th January 1982. This investment company, with subsidiaries which own of hotels immovable property and commercial activities, was listed on the Stock Exchange on 7th March 1994 and appointed Associated Brokers as a Sponsoring Stockbroker when the company went listed on for listing.
Sun Resorts	Co-sponsoring broker of the Sun Resorts Limited for the subscription of Rs 50,000,000 redeemable 7.5% cumulative Preference shares.
SBM	Member of the consortium that acted as underwriter of the initial Public Offer of shares of 1,050,000,000 of State bank of Mauritius when the company applied for Listing on the official market of the Stock Exchange of Mauritius Limited.
