VERIFICATION

ABL may specify the Verification Mechanisms and Verification Criteria required for obtaining access to some of its services from time to time. The User must satisfy the Verification Criteria when engaging the Company in respect of the service. The Company may refuse access should the User fail to comply with these Criteria's as set.

The User assumes full responsibility for the protection of his User ID and password (PIN), including changing the password at regular intervals and accepts to be bound by any instructions, of whatever nature, that may have been given in the normal course of business, for the execution of a trade or other, on which the Company would be entitled to act legitimately. Any person accessing the site using the User's ID and password will be deemed to be the User himself with full authority to use the service.

Where the User reasonably suspects that the Verification Mechanism has been or will soon be compromised, the user shall notify the Company immediately.

PROCESSING INSTRUCTIONS

The User's instructions, contained in a communication, become irrevocable once submitted to the Company. An instruction is deemed to have been submitted once the User has positively confirmed same by means of the functionality available on the service.
